## Live UTI integration

Not included in compilation verification. Live portal selectors, submission flows and transaction-result reconciliation remain to be inspected on the authorized UTI portal. CAPTCHA/OTP must remain human-completed, and real transfers require explicit human approval and duplicate/reconciliation safeguards.
